Accepting these terms
By using Saaraha you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your details correct and your password private, and for anything done from your account or your team's accounts.
Your content
Your quotations, client data and photos belong to you. You're responsible for their accuracy and your right to use them; we only use them to run the app for you.
Free trial
Every new company starts with a limited number of free quotations. Once they're used up, you need to subscribe to keep sending quotations.
Subscription and payment
Subscriptions are activated manually after payment. You choose a plan and message us on WhatsApp, we send you the payment details, and after confirmation we activate your subscription for the agreed period. Prices may change; changes don't affect a period you've already paid for.
After your subscription ends
When a subscription ends or is suspended, the account becomes view-only: you can see your quotations and clients and download PDFs, but you can't create or send new quotations until you renew.
Acceptable use
You may not use the app for anything illegal, send misleading content, or try to access other companies' data. We may suspend any account that does.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep the app running without interruption, but we can't guarantee it 100%. We aren't responsible for the prices or agreements between you and your clients.
